We are looking for Trustees, including a Treasurer Trustee, to help us deliver our next 3-year strategy and lead our work into the future. This is an opportunity to bring your skills into a creative context to support a small music charity making a big impact in healthcare across Sussex and Surrey.
Perhaps you want to learn about voluntary sector governance and leadership; want to help a grass roots charity with fundraising and networking; bring skills in problem solving, strategy or communication; want to be part of a joyful community making a difference.
We meet four times a year in Brighton – we like to meet in person, but some meetings can be held online or in a blended format. Extra time in between meetings is agreed depending on your capacity and area of responsibility.
You don’t need previous trustee experience — enthusiasm, reliability, and a willingness to learn are just as valuable. We will provide any training and support you need.
Download and read our Trustees Opportunity Job Pack for more information.
Our board welcomes applicants of all backgrounds, regardless of race, religion, gender, age, sexual orientation, or disability.
Being a Trustee offers me personal growth, expansion and new learning to my leadership experience, and, most importantly, the satisfaction of helping people reconnect with joy, identity, and community through music. It is a privilege to bring my experiences to Wishing Well Music for Health as a Trustee
